Frequently asked questions

The training

6 questions

Who is this training for?
Working professionals, managers, and HR, finance, sales, marketing and project teams — anyone whose day involves documents, data or written communication. There is no entry requirement.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The training is built around everyday office work: reports, spreadsheets, documents and email. There is no programming in it.
Is the training live, or recorded?
Live, with an instructor, on a set date. It is a session you attend, not a video course you work through alone.
Which AI tools will be used?
Mainly ChatGPT and Claude. The way of working you learn carries over to the other tools of the same kind, so it does not go out of date when one of them changes.
Will there be practical demonstrations?
Yes. Every topic is shown as a worked example — a real document, spreadsheet or report taken from start to finish, rather than described.
Do I get a certificate?
Certificates are issued for completed training, each with a public link anyone can use to verify it.

Registering and paying

3 questions

How do I register?
Each program page carries its date, fee and remaining seats, and you register from there once a session is scheduled. While a date is still being set, send us a message and we will tell you as soon as it is fixed.
How much does it cost?
The fee is shown on the program's own page, next to the date and the number of seats. Corporate training is quoted per engagement, because the price depends on the team and how it is delivered.
How do I pay?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank cards and internet banking are all supported. Payments are processed through the SSLCommerz secure gateway — we never store your card or mobile banking details.

For organisations

2 questions

Can you train our whole team?
Yes. Corporate training is delivered at your office, online, or as a workshop, and is built around the business functions your people actually work in.
Can the training be customised?
For a team, yes. The content is re-weighted around the functions in the room, and the demonstrations can be worked on a case study from your own business rather than on a sample file.

Something we haven't covered?

If your question is about a specific session — what you need installed, how the joining details reach you, or what happens if you cannot attend — ask us and we will answer for that session rather than in general.
