Terms and conditions

Effective from 21 Sep 2026

This website and the training services offered through it are operated by Nanosoft Academy, a training initiative under Nanosoft, Bangladesh.

By using this website, registering for a course, workshop or training program, purchasing a training service, or participating in any Nanosoft Academy program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If a particular training program has additional terms relating to fees, dates, cancellation, eligibility or participation, those program-specific terms will also apply. Where there is a conflict, the terms communicated specifically for that program will take precedence.

1. About Nanosoft Academy

Nanosoft Academy provides practical professional and technology training backed by Nanosoft's 20+ years of software delivery experience.

Our current training focus includes practical AI productivity, AI for business functions and AI workflow applications. Training may be delivered online, physically, at corporate premises or in hybrid formats. Additional technology training areas may be introduced in the future.

The availability, format, duration, trainer, curriculum and pricing of individual programs may vary.

2. Registration and participant information

When registering for a training program, you must provide accurate and current information, including your name, email address, mobile number and any other information reasonably required for registration. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you is correct.

Where an account is created:

Nanosoft Academy may refuse or cancel a registration where false information, payment fraud, abuse or misuse of the platform is identified.

3. Training programs

Nanosoft Academy may offer different types of learning programs, including:

Each program may have its own schedule, duration, curriculum, prerequisites, participant limit and completion requirements. Registration for one program does not automatically provide access to other Nanosoft Academy programs.

4. Corporate training

Corporate training may be customised according to the participating organisation's objectives, team composition, industry, workflows and agreed scope.

The commercial proposal, training scope, number of participants, venue, schedule, payment terms, cancellation conditions and deliverables will normally be confirmed separately with the organisation. Where a separate proposal, purchase order, agreement or statement of work has been accepted, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Corporate training does not automatically include consulting, software development, workflow automation or implementation services unless such services are specifically included in the agreed scope.

5. Training schedule and changes

Nanosoft Academy will make reasonable efforts to deliver programs according to the published or agreed schedule. However, we may need to:

Participants will be informed as early as reasonably possible when a significant change occurs.

If Nanosoft Academy cancels a paid public training program and does not provide a suitable replacement or rescheduled session, the participant will normally be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled program.

6. Training content

Training outlines describe the intended content of a program but should not be treated as a guarantee that every topic will receive the same amount of training time. Trainers may adjust examples, exercises, demonstrations or sequencing to suit the participants, available time, changes in technology and the learning objectives of the program.

Technology, software and AI tools change frequently. Screens, functionality, pricing, availability and features demonstrated during training may therefore change after a training session has been delivered. Nanosoft Academy may update training materials and curriculum to reflect such changes.

7. AI tools and third-party platforms

Some Nanosoft Academy programs may demonstrate or use third-party AI applications, productivity tools, cloud platforms, software products or online services. These third-party services are not operated or controlled by Nanosoft Academy.

Participants should understand that:

Participants are also responsible for complying with the terms and privacy policies of third-party platforms they choose to use.

8. Responsible use of AI

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or inappropriate recommendations. Training demonstrations are intended to teach participants how AI may support professional work. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate or suitable for every situation.

Participants should apply appropriate human review, particularly when AI is used for:

This reflects Nanosoft Academy's approach of using AI to support professional work rather than treating AI-generated outputs as automatically accurate.

9. Confidential and organisational information

Participants should not upload confidential, personal, proprietary or sensitive organisational information to an AI tool or other third-party platform unless they have permission to do so and their organisation's policies allow it.

Examples used during training should preferably use sample, anonymised or approved data where appropriate. Participants and their organisations remain responsible for determining what information may legally and appropriately be shared with third-party platforms.

Nanosoft Academy is not responsible for information voluntarily entered by a participant into an external service.

10. Training materials and intellectual property

Course slides, handouts, exercises, templates, videos, demonstrations and other training materials supplied by Nanosoft Academy are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Registration or participation gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use these materials for your own learning or internal professional reference.

Unless written permission has been provided, you may not:

Organisations receiving corporate training may internally share specifically approved materials where this has been agreed as part of the engagement.

11. Recording of training sessions

Participants may not independently record live online, classroom or corporate training sessions unless Nanosoft Academy has provided permission.

Nanosoft Academy may record certain online sessions for training delivery, quality improvement or participant access. Where a session is being recorded and participants may appear or speak in the recording, participants will be informed where reasonably appropriate.

Any access period for a recording will be communicated with the relevant program. Participation in a live program does not automatically mean lifetime access to a recording.

12. Prices and payment

Training fees will be shown on the relevant program page, registration page, quotation, invoice or proposal. Unless otherwise stated:

Nanosoft Academy reserves the right to change the price of future programs. A price change will not normally affect a registration that has already been confirmed and fully paid.

13. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Because Nanosoft Academy offers different types of programs, cancellation and refund conditions may vary. The specific cancellation or refund conditions applicable to a program should be displayed during registration or communicated before payment.

Unless different terms are specified:

If Nanosoft Academy cancels a program

The participant's registration will normally be transferred to a suitable rescheduled session or, where available, another appropriate program. If Nanosoft Academy is unable to provide a suitable rescheduled session or alternative arrangement, the participant will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled program.

If Nanosoft Academy reschedules a program

The registration will normally transfer to the new date. Where the participant cannot reasonably attend the revised date, alternative arrangements may be offered.

If a participant cancels

Registration fees are generally non-refundable once a participant's enrolment is confirmed. In certain cases, Nanosoft Academy may, at its discretion, allow the registration to be transferred to another participant or provide credit toward a future program. Any such arrangement will depend on the timing of the cancellation, program availability, and the specific terms published for that program.

Failure to attend a confirmed session, with or without prior notice, does not normally entitle the participant to a refund, transfer or credit.

For corporate training programs, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be governed by the applicable proposal, agreement or contract. The full refund policy sets this out in detail.

14. Certificates

Nanosoft Academy may issue participation or completion certificates for selected programs. Certificate requirements may include attendance, completion of exercises, assessments or other program-specific requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Nanosoft Academy certificate:

Nanosoft Academy may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation or material violation of program requirements.

15. Participant conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during training. Nanosoft Academy may remove or suspend a participant who:

Where access is terminated because of serious misconduct, a refund may not be provided.

16. Learning outcomes and professional results

Nanosoft Academy provides education, training and professional skill development. We do not guarantee:

Results depend on factors including participant effort, existing skills, workplace environment, access to technology and how the learning is applied.

17. Technology requirements

Participants are responsible for having suitable internet connectivity, devices, software and accounts required for online participation unless Nanosoft Academy specifically agrees to provide them.

Nanosoft Academy is not responsible for a participant being unable to attend because of problems with their own internet connection, device, software or third-party account. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to communicate any technical requirements before a program starts.

18. Privacy and personal information

Nanosoft Academy may collect information necessary to:

The collection and use of personal information is further explained in our Privacy Policy.

Payment-card or mobile-financial-service credentials are handled through the relevant payment provider and are not stored by Nanosoft Academy unless technically necessary and legally permitted.

19. Website and service availability

We aim to keep the website and digital learning services available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Services may occasionally be affected by:

Where practical, Nanosoft Academy will take reasonable steps to restore affected services.

20. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Nanosoft Academy will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in a training program, reliance on AI-generated information, use of third-party platforms or temporary disruption of training services.

Participants remain responsible for professional, organisational and business decisions made using knowledge or tools introduced during training.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

21. Future programs and services

Nanosoft Academy may introduce new forms of training, learning content or professional development services over time. These may include additional areas of enterprise technology beyond the Academy's current AI focus. This supports the Academy's intended position as a practical technology training platform rather than an AI-only training brand.

Additional terms may apply to specific future programs.

22. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions when our training services, technology, payment processes or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels. Terms applicable at the time of a confirmed registration will generally continue to apply to that registration unless a change is required by law or agreed with the participant.

23. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or Nanosoft Academy's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless another dispute-resolution process has been expressly agreed in writing.
